Put on something cozy & join Rachel Hupp, RYT-500, online from the comfort of your home for this multi-level yoga experience.
Yin is a slower and more meditative style of yoga that invites us to turn inward and connect with the mind as well as the sensations in the body. Because we are holding the poses for longer periods of time, we are able to target the deeper connective tissues in the body. Yin also teaches us to breathe through discomfort and sit with our thoughts with a gentle acceptance.
Our 90-minute Yin & Meditation practice will take place from 9:15 to 10:45 am and is designed to help you release what has not served you in 2020 while preparing you to begin 2021 with intention. If you can't join live, don't worry. You'll get a link to the replay so you can participate on your own time.
For our yoga practice, I encourage you to have a yoga mat, a blanket, two yoga blocks or thick books, and a yoga bolster or a couple of pillows.

Rachel Hupp is a holistic health coach and yoga and meditation instructor. Her background in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation strongly influence her coaching technique & methodology. By providing clients with the right tools and knowledge, and meeting them where they're at on their unique journey, she helps clients unleash their full potential, paving their way towards personal success.
