Meet Your Instructors

Holly Van Poots is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition , and Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is also a Pilates instructor. Holly helps clients optimize their health and start feeling better through nutrition.

Rachel Hupp is a certified health coach and a registered yoga instructor.  Her training has focused on behavior change, mindfulness, intuitive and mindful eating, meditation, and mental well-being.  Rachel helps busy women adopt a lifelong commitment to mindful and intuitive eating and physical activity through effective behavior change and without the hassle of constant dieting.
