Chronic stress affects most of us in some form, through tension in the body, trouble sleeping, grinding our teeth, racing thoughts, and more. Yin Yoga for Stress Relief provides space for relaxation, surrender, and release. Most poses will be held for up to 3 minutes.
You will need a blanket, a bolster or pillow, and two yoga blocks or thick books for this class.
