Dynamic poses & passive stretches to help improve hip & hamstring flexibility. A yoga strap or belt and two yoga blocks or thick books are recommended, but not required. Note: If no one has signed up by 3:30 pm, class will be cancelled.

About the event

So many of us have tight hips and hamstrings that can lead to lower back tension and pain over time. This class will focus on increasing flexibility in the hips and hamstrings through a combination of dynamic poses and passive stretching. 

A yoga strap or belt and two yoga blocks or thick books are recommended, but not required. 

Notes: 

  • Class will be cancelled if no one has signed up two hours before class starts.  
  • If you don't see an email with your link to join after you've registered, please check your spam folder.
