Plus, you’ll have all the support and encouragement you need, not only from your peers, but from Registered Dietitian, Holly, and Certified Health Coach, Rachel.


Let's make 2021 the year you improve your relationship with food!

We'll use a private Facebook group and Zoom meetings to facilitate weekly discussions, and throughout the five weeks we'll be sharing action steps and additional info related to the reading material.


We'll be answering questions and sharing motivation, and you'll also get a lot out of interacting with readers who are learning the 10 principles along with you!
